Meet Daisy (A182854), a female husky mix, dog, about four years old. This sweet girl is spayed, microchipped, wormed, and up-to-date on her vaccinations. She is ready to go to a new home. Meet Cinder (A181558), a female, black long hair cat, about 2 years of age.  She may be a Scottish Fold, since her ears are on the small side. She recently had kittens at the shelter, but now that they have been weaned, she is ready to find her forever home. She is a little shy and wary, but, does like to be petted, and fussed over. The adoption fee for this pretty girl has been sponsored by the YCACS STARS. Come take a look!

Both of these sweet, beautiful cats are looking their holiday best, hoping to get someone's attention, since they are both looking for their forever homes. Rosie (A181630), a tan, chow/terrier mix female dog is hoping Santa will bring her a new family for Christmas! She is about 4 years of age and has been at the shelter since the end of September. She is well behaved, and has a calm demeanor. She will be very excited to have someone to love during this holiday season. Come down to the shelter to visit with Rosie! Time is of the essence!

Yuba County PET of the WEEK December 11, 2019

 

yuba county pet 12 11 19Meet Tanner (A182420),  a male, white and tan, Treeing Walker Coonhound, approximately one year old. He is hoping that some special someone will take him home for Christmas. This breed of dog is known for being loving and intelligent, as well as making good companion and family dogs. They are also good hunters. Come take a look! Miss Thang has been at the shelter since July, and is in need of an immediate home. She is a sweet cat, and likes attention. She is deserving of a home to call her own. Toast is a shelter favorite, and is a love. He is adventurous, and will make an excellent pet. Come take a look at these beautiful felines. ycpotw10 23Meet Toast (A181159), a white and tan, male, domestic shorthair, neutered cat. He is approximately 2 to 4 years of age. This beautiful boy is sweet, playful, and inquisitive. His former owner was moving, and could not take him, so he was surrendered to the shelter. Needless to say, he is looking for a new home, and a family to love.
