Chuck Poulos, a Marysville resident with a law office in Yuba City, California has been elected as the President of the Yuba Sutter Bar Association for 2017. Poulos is a graduate of California State University, Chico and King Hall School of Law at the University of California, Davis. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1975 and has maintained an office in the local area since 1977. Poulos has also been on the adjunct faculty at Chico State, Cal Northern Law School and other colleges and universities. He was the Yuba County Grand Jury Foreperson in 2014-2016. His law practice is now limited to family law.
Courtney Gengler has been elected Vice-President/President-Elect of the Bar Association for 2017. She maintains an office in Yuba City with her father, Robert Gengler, practicing in the areas of estate planning, guardianship, family law and juvenile law.

She is the Family Law Facilitator/Self Help Services Coordinator with the Sutter County Superior Court.
Jessica Hiller of California Rural Legal Assistance in Marysville, California has been elected at the Treasurer. She graduated from the University of California at Davis and from King Hall School of Law.
There is a decidedly King Hall flavor to the Bar Association officers as three of the four officers graduated from King Hall over a forty year span.
