California Could Start Jailing People Who Don’t Use Transgender Pronouns

If you believe the DNA, and people go to jail based on DNA evidence, Jenner is Bruce, not Caitlin. Under a bill the Democrats are about to pass, if you recognize science not ideology, you could go to jail or a $1,000 fine. If I call you a Nazi—like Pelosi has called people, it is free speech. If I call you by your birth name, it becomes a hate crime and punishment happens.

“A bill that passed the California state Senate and is now moving through the Assembly could threaten jail time for anyone who refuses to use a transgender person’s preferred pronoun.

The law is currently limited in its effects to nursing homes and intermediate-care facilities, but if passed, those who “willfully and repeatedly” refuse “to use a transgender resident’s preferred name or pronouns” could be slapped with a $1,000 fine and up to one year in prison, according to National Review. The Senate passed the bill 26-12 at the end of May. Since then, the Assembly Judiciary committee recommended the bill unanimously and the General Assembly held its first hearing on the legislation Wednesday.”

America is in a Civil War. It started years ago when Pat Buchanan noted the cultural war we were in. But, this war became a shooting war on November 8, 2016 when Americans said to the Left and weak Republicans, we want our country back. Violence against free speech, use of government to protect criminals from foreign nations—use of tax dollars to kill babies using a Eugenics organization, based on hate of black people and immigrants—this is a War—now it is officially a Civil War.

By what name, using the First Amendment, would you call Jenner?
