Yuba City, Ca.
Paul Preston, Chairman of the Sutter County Council of Representatives (SCCR) of the “New California State Movement,” will be holding a meeting of concerned citizens interested in being involved in a movement to develop a pathway forward to form a new state.
The SCCR is designed to provide citizens an avenue to openly discuss, brainstorm, and get questions answered including perspectives from a greater number of people regarding a constitutional state split from California.
They are looking for committed citizens who want to become involved in the Sutter County Council of Representatives and want to be part of the historic formation of a New State.
Members of the current SCCR will be present to provide information on the New State movement and answer your questions.
The meeting will be Friday, October 13, 2017, at the Caltrans Building, Jody Jones Conference Room, 703 B Street, Marysville, CA 95901.
There is no membership requirement to attend and everyone is welcome. Doors open at 6:00 pm; meeting begins at 6:30 pm.
“The participation of informed citizens is required for good governance.”
