Yuba City, Ca.
The New California State movement announced Grievance 2 against the state of California was declared at 11:00 a.m. January 30, 2018, in Martinez, Contra Costa County; San Joaquin County; Riverside, Riverside County; and Yuba City, Sutter County.
New California is a new state in development by egregiously aggrieved Californians exercising their Constitutional Right to form a new state separate from the tyranny and lawlessness of the state of California.
Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it and institute new Government. When a long train of abuses and acts to seize and hold the people’s power without legal authority and pursuing invariably the same Object that clearly demonstrates a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
The present governor and government of California have a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of a Tyranny over the state of California.
Citizens of New California are joining together to remedy the abuse of power by the government of California and exercising their right to form a new state as authorized and set forth in Article IV, Section 3, of the United States Constitution.
Therefore the counties of New California bring forward 40 grievances against the government of California, being announced in public on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. each week for 40 weeks. The next 38 weekly grievances for the northern counties will be read at the new Sutter County Courthouse, 1175 Civic Center Blvd., Yuba City, Tuesdays, 11:00 am-11:30 am. Concerned citizens are welcome to attend.
