Yuba County Board of Supervisors Candidate’s Town Hall
Join us as we host this year’s Candidates for Yuba County Board of Supervisors. This year, Districts 1 and 5 have seats that are up for election. It will be critical as the questions of a county wide sales tax increase, pot grows and sanctuary county status are just some of the things that are up for decision by our local elected public servants.
The Town Hall will take place at the Church of Glad Tidings, 1179 Eager Rd. Yuba City, Ca.
Monday, April 2nd, 2018 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. 5th District Candidate Alton Wright is unable to attend and Joan Saunders is not confirmed at the time we go to press.
There will be a up to a 5-minute introductory session followed by open mics for public questions and comment. Come and pose your questions to the candidates for this most important position in local government. There will be a 2-minute closing session in which candidate will participate.
We will be raffling off an elegant, hand-built mirror featuring an elk motif to the first winner. Tickets are $5 ea. or 6 for $20. Second place winner will get a Sutter Buttes Tea Party T-Shirt.
Our next meeting, April 16th, will be our Sutter County Board of Supervisors Town Hall.
Everyone is welcome to join us as we continue to move forward with enthusiasm in recognition of our achieved success in the White House! As we continue to promote the principles of constitutionally limited government, fiscal responsibility and free markets – we will also acknowledge our progress in those areas and bring attention to the victories for liberty, truth, justice and faith in God, that do not make the headlines. There is no membership requirement and no cost to attend. Doors open at 6:00 pm. Come early to socialize with fellow patriots and get a good seat.
